Healthy living can be defined as a way of life that promotes good health and well being. Healthy living includes all aspects of our daily lives. It can include healthy eating, exercise, stress management, and other activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. The goal of healthy living is to maintain a high level of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

The first step to achieving a healthy lifestyle is to define what you want in your life. You need to determine what kind of person you want to become. How do you want to feel about yourself? What kind of relationship do you want to have with your family? What kind of relationships do you want to have with friends? What kind of job do you want to have? What kind of house do you want to live in? What kind of car do you want to drive? What kind of community do you want to live in and how do you want to contribute to it?

The second step is to find out what you are doing now to achieve those goals. What are your values? Do you have any limiting beliefs or self-defeating thoughts? Are you getting the most out of your time? Do you have a plan for achieving your goals? Are you using your talents and gifts? Are you working towards your dreams? If you don’t know where you are going, you will never get there.

The third step is to change your thoughts. Change your thoughts about yourself, your work, your home, your children, your friends and your community. This can be done by visualizing your desired future. Make a list of your goals and create a plan to achieve them. Make sure you take action on your plans.

The fourth step is to change your actions. Take care of yourself physically. Eat right and get enough sleep. Exercise regularly. Stay away from unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol, and using drugs. Get plenty of rest and relaxation. Learn to say no to people who drain you. Set limits on the amount of time you spend with people who are negative, critical or abusive.

The fifth step is to change your environment. Create a positive atmosphere at home and at work. Surround yourself with positive people. Set aside time to relax and rejuvenate. Spend time with family and friends.

The sixth step is to change your feelings. Feelings are important because they help us make decisions. They are also the basis of our beliefs and attitudes. Negative feelings can lead to poor choices. Positive feelings help us focus on our goals and make better decisions.

The seventh step is to change your behavior. Be aware of your behaviors and adjust them if necessary. For example, if you are not sleeping well, try to go to bed earlier. If you are not eating well, eat more fruits and vegetables. If you are not exercising, start walking or join a gym.

The eighth step is to change your attitude. When things go wrong, accept responsibility for your mistakes and learn from them. Don’t blame others for your problems. Focus on solutions instead of problems. Develop an optimistic outlook. Look for the good in every situation.

The ninth step is to change your values. Do you value honesty and integrity? Do you value friendship and love? Do you value hard work and creativity? Do you value freedom and independence? Do you value respect and tolerance? Do you value kindness and compassion? Do you value courage and commitment?

The tenth step is to change your habits. Be aware of your habits. Change those that are not working for you.

The eleventh step is to change your goals. Set new goals. Try to reach your old goals by setting new ones.

The twelfth step is to change your beliefs. Beliefs are powerful. They are like rules we use to guide our lives. We have many beliefs that were learned from our families and our society. Some of these beliefs may not serve us well. Try to change those that don’t work for you.

The thirteenth step is to change your expectations. Expectations are a form of belief. If you expect something, you must prepare yourself to receive it. You cannot expect to have everything you want.

The fourteenth step is to change your words. Use positive words and phrases. Avoid negative words and phrases. Use affirmations and affirmations.

The fifteenth step is to change your actions and habits. Change your words. Change your actions.

The sixteenth step is to change your feelings and emotions. Feelings are important because we often make decisions based on them. Negative feelings can lead to bad choices. Positive feelings help us make better decisions.
