Amazing Customer Service at Parker’s!
This was my first visit, and even though I arrived just before closing and they were out of BBQ, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The kindness and hospitality were unmatched — they truly made up for it in every way!
The Strawberry Shortcake was incredible, and the sweet tea mixed with lemonade was the perfect blend. A special shoutout to Charles, who was so kind and even walked us to our car after closing.
It’s refreshing to experience a place that truly values its customers. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered a mobile order, when I went to pick it up my Brunswick stew had spilt all over the bag. I went inside to ask for a new one. The black male at the counter proceeded to snatch the bag out of my hand, then asked someone to remake it, they gave me a half full 4 oz container. And the guy that remade it threw it down in the counter. This place will not be getting my business again, I’m sorry you couldn’t handle my order with care. Customer service goes a long ways, and I won’t be wasting my money again here.

Excellent customer service & Delicious food at Parker’s today! Spent 38.00 and we got plenty of food, and the food was hot!
Everyone at the front counter was so nice and friendly. And a special recognition for Jalen! The professional and hard working young man, working in the lobby. He was doing an excellent job! Very attentive to his job. Means a lot to customers!

Good portions and yummy food. The hush puppies are delicious. The slaw is interesting in that it is so finely processed that it almost seems mashed. The fried okra was enjoyable. As was the fried chicken. The staff was pleasant and patient. Their sign said short staffed but they were doing an excellent job keeping up with the lunch rush! I noticed their mission statement and am pleased to see it. We plan to come back to eat more next time!!

Food was nasty 🤮 would not recommend spent 14 dollar a disaster very disappointed cold slaw is not cold slaw ! They should not be allowed to sell this ! Shrimp were ok that’s it ! Not going back !>>>>response to the owner comment how can you try to tell somebody how your food taste when I just ate it and it was disgusting don’t get under these comments when people are telling the truth about your food y’all should put more pride into yall recipes since y’all are such a family own Macaroni taste like it came straight out of a box Coleslaw taste like a container full of mustard. It’s nasty point-blank. I wasn’t gonna say nothing but you responded under the comment really got under my skin that is no way to take constructive criticism y’all need to create new recipe’s.
