They’re overcharging insurance. I was told by Carmen, the very rude and unprofessional front office clerk, that my exam days need to be separate from my adjustment days because that’s how my insurance works. This is incorrect. I called my insurance to verify. This practice is overcharging insurance by separating a mobility exam and an adjustment and I have never experienced that with a chiropractor before. They get an extra charge to insurance without actually treating any issue and this way they can keep scheduling you out longer, even when you may not need it. And then when I decided to leave and find a new doctor, I was met with such unbelievable rude resistance from Carmen, who even told me, “I’m trying so hard to hold back right now” - why am I being threatened by a front office clerk when I am only trying to gather my medical records and medical X-rays?
If I choose to leave a medical practice, for any reason I have, then that is my choice. And for a member of the staff to react the way that Carmen did when I decided to leave this practice, is absolutely unacceptable. She hung up on me when I called to get my X-rays, she refused to act in a calm and professional manner when I returned to the practice to get my X-rays, and to lose control like that and threaten a former patient is negligent and unacceptable.

I have been going here for sometime now due to chronic upper and lower back pain. Dr. Meggison has helped me a lot with my issues and always listens to where i say hurts. Dr Meggison and his staff are always friendly and professional. I have recommended this place to my friends many times and now I am recommending it to you.

Absolutely love meggison chiropractic! They are amazing and like family ❤️ I suffer from chronic back pain and started my journey two years ago with meggison chiropractic and it has been a god send. I'm able to enjoy life with out being in horrible pain all the time. I look forward to seeing my extended family once a week ❤️

Been a patient since 2017. When I started I couldn't walk upright! They have the most kind and caring staff and with weekly maintenance I'm now very active and even play softball again! I recommend this practice to anyone and everyone.

I have been a patient with Meggison chiropractic for 5 yrs or longer. Never have I been treated kinder and with more understanding for my condition. I am better every time I am treated there and believe me I have gone in there really in pain!!. I recommend this office to anyone who has problems with their back or neck. I pray they stay around a long time...Thank you guys for all you do!!!
