My elderly father went to pick up my mama ordered of food today and my drink that was supposed to have No ice in it and my father told the man 3x no ice and the man was like so you don't want the drink and it only had a little bit of ice when any to go drinks NEVER HAS A LITTLE BIT OF ICE IT'S ALWAYS HALF OF A CUP OF SODA AND A FULL CUP OF ICE ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP!! I'M NOT PAYING FOR A FULL CUP OF ICE AND HALF A CUP OF SODA OR LESS SODA!! He made it seem like it was so hard to take 4 steps to the soda machine and dump the drink and refill it with just soda or just scoop the ice out with a spoon 🥄 and refill it back up!! I swear this generation is getting lazier and lazier at work and I understand that fast food workers don't get paid enough but it doesn't give them the right to disrespect their elders or be rude to customers when they wasn't rude to them first and disrespect them and my father was still polite to the man. My father is a very polite man till you really press his buttons and it takes a lot to piss him off.

Ordered the 8pc nuggets meal, the nuggets were hard and had a burned taste. The only thing that was good was the Mt Dew. Tried calling several times and of course getting a busy signal. KFC deserves no stars....

Placed a mobile order for a 16 PC bucket with 3 sides and a 3 PC tender box. Gave 1 hour delay. Arrived to doors locked. Went through drive thru to be met with the worst customer service I have ever had. Was told we don't know how long it will be. Calmly explained order was placed online an hour ago and he threw his hands in the air. I saw most of the food sitting on the counter. He came back with even worse of an attitude (as well as the i suppose manager) and said like 2 mins. Watched them slam my food around and basically threw it threw the window. Called corporate and Morehead City location asking to speak to upper management like the district manager or franchisee. GM of Morehead was super sweet on phone. Almost 2 weeks later and still no call from either district manager or franchisee. I work to hard for my money and will not be giving any more of it to any of these local franchises again. If you want cold food and crap service, then this is your spot. If not, consider going elsewhere. I would not have made this post had someone actually contacted me back and it wouldn't even have got 1 star, it would be zero if possible.

I always get the 2pc dark meal. It's always hot, and the fries are fresh. There is an employee named Betty, who always serves with a smile, and is very friendly.

If you forget something in my drive-thru order THEN make me wait 20 MINUTES for that item after I drove back and waited in line then you owe me something extra. What I don't deserve is attitude. The majority of the Marines can't just walk back in because they are in uniform.
