"Third times a Charm" I was a "GOOD patient" of another local chiropractor for a year and a half. I call him "The man in Black". No, he is no Johnny Cash, but he does like to do "one bone at a time." Basically, he just milked my insurance and used up my visits. Plus, I paid my copay each time. Then, when you do go in for a maintenance visit, he would ask how you are and only adjusted that area. So, you do not get the whole treatment. Thankfully, he showed me his true colors, which led me to Dr Charles. Now, one would think after being treated for that long that I would be good, right?? NOPE! Dr. Charles listened to me with compassion and explained everything. He made a treatment plan just for my needs. He showed me how to do the exercise and even did them with me. I have only been a few times and have not felt this good in years! All of the ladies up front are wonderful, too! Thank you Dr Charles for making me a "healthy patient" and not just a "good patient"!

Dr. Charles is excellent and all of
the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The treatment i have been given is helping me so much and i look forward to all of my visits. I’m so thankful for this practice!

The girls at the front desk are amazing and make me feel welcome every time I go in. There's something to be said when they know all of their customers by name! I have been seen by both Dr. Smith and Dr. Charles, and at each appointment they are sure to ask if you have anything new or specific you need addressed. Although it is a doctor's office, the space and the people never feel cold or unapproachable. I have been going here for several years now (4+) and I highly recommend them! I have referred friends and family to Frogley, and I have never heard any bad comments.
