Come here instead of McDs and you'll be happy. I came expecting a step up from Fast Food but expected a slight step under something like Chilis. Whoa, I was off. It's my first time here, and it would be helpful for the burgers to say the lbs. I ordered the Big Double expecting about a 1/3lb maybe a half lb of beef. It probably had more like less than a quarter pound total. Dry. Cooked who knows how long ago. I can see how the low price will fill you up if you add fries and a chili dog, but that's not my thing. Probably won't come back. Wendys or BK is a step above here.

If you know me you know cook out is my go to when trying to get something quick and easy. This one was pretty decent very clean I can say but customer service was as good as most of them. I can say the drive thru was packed but the inside was dead. I went inside and got my usual. Cajun 🐔 Cajun 🍟 Walking 🌮 Food was fresh but drink machine tasted like bleach. That's why the four star, the drinks.

I absolutely LOVE their shakes! I can’t even believe I wasn’t coming here sooner I come every week at least for the walking taco and banana shake. Their shakes are just so thick and big clumps of banana. I love it!

This was our first time. We had 5 of us, and the cashier was so helpful and patient while we navigated through the menu. So many choices. We all got different things, and all things were good. Very affordable as well. Cannot wait to visit next time we are in town.

Food was good - but the milkshake machine was down. To drive half an hour to not get what you wanted, extremely disappointing. This might as well be another McDonald’s chain. Cashier also kept interrupting me while I was ordering my burger plate, managers seemed to not care.
