When we arrived, the first host we met mentioned not having steak, black beans, or queso. We enjoy those three specifically but decided to order anyway. We have food allergies in our family so when mentioned, the first host washed his hands but did not use new utensils as the restaurant here does. The kiddos enjoyed their meal and the staff was very helpful and polite. I think we hit during one of their busier times but they were still faster than our store here!

This is the worst store in new Bern I have wasted my money there countless times because my wife loves the food but every time we do a mobile order it’s nothing like what we asked for. Every worker in the building is rude unsupportive and acts like your the worlds worst person for asking them to provide you any service I will never be returning. It’s a real shame due to the food being good when you actually get what you want.

Horrible experience. Walked in and was greeted by a side eye disapproved glare. Not a hello or what would you like but a "I'm not going to acknowledge you are here as a person. I offered up, "I'd like a burrito " and received a grunt and a stare away from me to the wall. Half a scoop of meat later I asked for extra meat so it was a normal burrito. After checking out it was obvious even what I got was as cold as the servers personality. It was like OMG I have experienced the worst chipotle of my life, so I smiled knowing this was the worst. An achievement on its own. Congrats.

I recently visited Chipotle and ordered a double chicken bowl, expecting to get my money's worth of protein. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed. Not only did I not receive a double portion, but the amount of chicken in my bowl was less than what I would consider a normal portion. It felt like I was paying extra for nothing. The service was also subpar, with the staff seeming rushed and inattentive. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

Out of food often, low quality, shitty portions. I hadn’t been there in about a year and I should have kept staying away. Can’t wait for chipotle to go out of business next
