Gabby is an excellent manager—kind, considerate, and genuinely attentive. She went out of her way to acknowledge a past situation at Cheddar’s, even though she didn’t have to, showing her dedication and curiosity. Kudos to Gabby for her professionalism and kindness—she’s truly a great manager!

Overall it was a pretty decent experience. Honestly though the wait time for food was kinda lengthy. Especially when the restarunt was only 40 percent full.

After we got through the rudeness of the male host and one of the managers, and overlooked the dirty windows and floors—- our party of 11 was able to be seated at two booths (not together) as we tried to celebrate with a birthday lunch. Kudos to the second manager who came to the rescue of our birthday lunch… who was very pleasant and obviously very embarrassed by his team members. Once we finally got settled, our drinks and food were truly very good! Despite the poor management of two out of three leaders, we will go back. Just don’t expect to be treated with a warm welcome if you happen to get the host and manager started with. Cheddars…. Do better! The restaurant has so much potential to be 5 star!

I had been to Ruby Tuesday many times. It was one of my favorite restaurants. I went for a salad a couple of days ago. I had to wait for someone to come and take my order. The patrons inside the restaurant was given service, but I still waited. Finally a guy came over to see what I wanted. He gave me a container for my salad, but not for my dressing or a bag to put my food in. He told a young lady who already had her hands full with customers to take care of me. She came over, I paid for my salad but had to wait again for dressing container and a bag. The same young lady found time to help me. Sorry I did not get her name. I thank her for her efforts, however, the restaurant is not as favorable in my eyes as it had been! What happened to excellent service?!

3rd visit tonight food was ok took long time to get it and bland taste. Lots of tables not bused dirty dishes all over. Not what we are use to...
