So this is the first restaurant I have given low stars for service. When we came in, it was right before dinner (4pm), and we were seated towards the back, which was fine, but it took 15 mins before our waitress took our drink order. I gave grace too, but my drink I ordered from the bar and my husband's tea was never refilled or asked to be refilled. The waitress checked on everyone but us, and we constantly waited for her to get other customers' orders right, and she never bothered to check on us once except for the bill. The manager came out when they got busier and ignored us as well. I usually love New Bern restaurants, but I was highly disappointed in the service. The food was ok since my fajita steak was burnt and inedible. I'm sorry, but this establishment will never get my money again. I'm highly disappointed in staff, service, and food.

I dont usually place reviews but this restaurant was horrible. Placed a pick up order. 3 orders of tacos. Waited for almost an hour and nothing. Many people before me also very upset at how long it was taking. I ended up requesting a refund. I told the lady in the front why they would tell us 15-20 minutes on the phone if its not true.. All the waitresses would just look at us and not help. Many times they would ask what i ordered and then not come back. When i finally requested a refund one came out with the food, the lady giving me a refund told her i did not want it anymore and she went “why other places take way longer”…no they dont ma’am🤣Horrible service!

Excellent traditional food. Has a bar. The service was as good as the food. Best ending was fried ice cream! Visited twice this month and recommended to friends.

The portions are huge, but I wish they would mention all major ingredients. My enchiladas were covered in sour cream, which I hate, but there was no mention in the menu. The service was lacking. The band was good, except they were blocking our server from taking our order, getting refills, or delivering our food. The server vanished a lot even when the band wasn't blocking the table. Wish the food had a little more flavor. I did like the salsa.

Food good, prices great, horrible service. The waitress left us for dead never refilled our drinks didn't take away the plates and never check on us. We will be back because the food was great but hopefully the wait staff will do better. The atmosphere is also good and very clean.
