Almost all the drinks were out on their machine in the lobby, didn't have what I liked and had to substitute for a very lemony version of what sprite should be. Fries are warm.. but more so on the cold side.. surprised they got my burger correct since I've had multiple times they messed up my burger orders. Waited there for a little while before we got our food.

This place is the absolute worst! Will not recommend to anyone! Took over 6 minutes at the speaker to even place my order and then after I paid was asked to pull forward with no one behind me because he the next car Behind me as I was paying that it would be a few minutes before he was able to take their order.
There was no one in the lobby and only one person dining in no one in front of me in the drive-through either. The soda also taste like a cleaning product. I will be dumping it out as soon as I get home.

Ordered a Whopper and Whopper Jr via BK app. This was the height of lunch hour, and drive thru was filled. Had a little wait, but was quick co sidering the timing of my order. I don't eat fast food burgers often, but sometimes a whopper craving hits...and this BK has always come through and delivers...and hits the spot.

We stopped to use the restroom following a band competition. We walked in an hour before closing and the manager rushed at us, saying the lobby was closed. He was quite rude and refused to allow us to use the restroom, even though it was their fault that the lobby door was unlocked. There was literally nothing else in town open. If he's the face of your customer service, that's just pitiful.

If I could put zero stars I would. I walk in with my kids and the guy at the register starts yelling and cussing at another employee, threatened to slap him, all in front of my kids. As I’m trying to order my food, he clearly wasn’t listening and messed almost my whole order up. Forgot several burgers, my fries, my *only ketchup* burger was all messed up. The drink machine was completely out, they had to make drinks behind counter and messed them up too. When I went back up to counter to ask them to fix the stuff they messed up, they all had attitudes, rolling their eyes. Then my boys went up to the counter to ask for sauce for their nuggets and the worker literally looked at them and ignored them. I then got up and THEN my kids were acknowledged. I will not be going back to this Burger King until it’s ran by nicer, more professional people!!
