The food is good but the service is really lacking. Cant ever seem to get an order right. Went tonight ordered burger with onion rings and an order of cheese bites. Open tray and 4 rings...really and 1 cheese bite. WTH. Kids to busy playing around than focusing on their jobs

Food was good, side portions were a little small. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with sides of 10 cheese curds and only 4 onion rings.
The cheesecake milkshake tasted like it was a vanilla milkshake with cheesecake bits in it. It tasted good just not as potential cheesecake taste as I was expecting.
This is the first time going to this restaurant chain but I would consider it a cross between Culver's and McDonalds.

Food always great and service is quick. You won't sit in line long! Best milkshakes around! But beware, the milkshakes are really a cup of ice cream! Eat it with a spoon, forget the straw! Tastes like homemade ice cream!

I have to admit, when you pull up to this drive thru and look at the menu, it can be overwhelming. There is a lot to choose from. The staff were friendly and walked me through how to order. You can get plates or with different size burgers and toppings. That part is really cool. You can customize your burger.
There is no indoor seating and a couple tables outside only. The drive thru got my order correct and it was served hot

I went to Cookout earlier today, and the young lady at the window was on her cell phone, rude, and slammed the window door in my face. All I asked for was some hot sauce for my BBQ sandwich. The sandwich was good but the young lady was one of the rudest employees I've ever seen.
