All of the doctors are incredibly professional and really work with the patients individual needs. Both I and my fiance visit two different doctors at this location and we both feel our doctors are helping us physically. We are both disabled and Dr. Axelson and Dr. Pfeiffer have been able to make our disabilities hurt less.

Truly caring and friendly folks at Axelson Chiropractic! Dr. Pipher has done a remarkable job on my lower back. I, apparently, had a pinched nerve and within the 3rd visit, he had me back on-track to recovery. Very impressed with the front desk staff…super, super nice. First office visit I was greeted with nice warm smiles from Dr. Axelson & his staff.
Dr. Axelson, shared with me what was causing my pain & problems. When the spinal cord is out of wack this can cause everything else to fall apart and cause pain throughout the body (nerves) pinched or pulled effects the whole body.
On the very next visit they ALL know your name welcoming you back in the office. I find this to be the start of a good relationship with staff & patients.
I don't know if it's hearing my name ringing throughout the office or Dr. Axelson using his anointed fingers working on my neck & back that keeps me coming in, I think it's both.

Going to Axelson Chiropractic in New Bern, NC has been great! The entire staff from front office to the Doc's have been caring people. I was pleasantly surprised that on my first visit I did not fill out my paperwork very well, come on, how many times do you visit a doctor's office and they don't even look at it? They did, they reviewed everything which meant I had plenty of blanks to fill in. They actually listened to what I had to say! If only all doctor office visits worked that way. The team is outstanding.

I have seen around 8-10 different chiropractors from all over NC (New Bern, Raleigh, Cary, and Asheville) and have never been treated as well as I have today at my initial visit with Dr. Kelsey Seese. She is incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable and I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in the area. I’m sure the other doctors here are just as professional as she is, but I’ve only dealt with her.
As far as the support staff (front desk, chiro assistants, etc.) I was extremely impressed. Super friendly and caring. If I could give 10 stars I would! Don’t waste your time anywhere else. It’s worth the time on the waiting list to get seen here, I promise.
