10 Simple Guidelines to Live Longer and Healthier

You can do this! You can be healthy. You can live long and full of energy. You can be free from sickness and disease. You can have good health. You can live a long life. You can even have a longer life if you want it.

What you need to do is follow the simple guidelines below:

1. Eat Right. The most important thing that you can do for your body is eat right. The food that you eat has a direct effect on your body. If you eat the wrong foods, you are setting yourself up for a lifetime of sickness and disease. You need to eat a balanced diet of fresh fruits and vegetables and lean proteins and carbohydrates. If you do not, you will have problems with your digestion and your immune system. You need to make sure that you get the proper amount of vitamins and minerals in your diet.

2. Exercise. Your body needs to be moved. It needs exercise. Exercise keeps your muscles strong and flexible. It helps your heart and lungs work properly. It gives your joints their flexibility and strength. It helps your immune system work better. It helps your digestive system function properly. And it helps your blood flow properly.
