Great staff.
Put a mobile order in and when I got there I was told to pull forward because my food wasn’t ready yet. Waited 30 minutes and was told my order was bumped. They came back out with my food and a full cash refund. Food was hot and fresh.

Asked for extra pickle on my quarter pounder and got 2 pickles total!! Fries were barely warm and burger was pink in the middle. My husband threw his chicken sandwich away because it wasn’t fully cooked!! Waited at least 15 minutes at the drive thru. All for $16!!! Unacceptable.

The floors were disgusting. The trash can was flowing over in the floor when we walked in. There was drink in the floor and they only put out a wet floor sign. There was ketchup on the cabinets. No straws. We said something and they changed out the trash. They put straws out on the counter. The fries were warm and soggy. And NO they were not busy. I have NEVER been in a McDonald’s like this! I won’t be going back!

This rather small establishments teams could apparently run a much bigger store smoothly. Even during peak hours my food arrives in good or excellent time and condition from mostly shiny happy people. I don't know what their secret is, but i'm gonna keep eating from the breakfast menu until I find out. ...
